I would strongly suggest using a maxi pad with this product to prevent the leakage from getting all over your underclothes, because it will (and believe me, a small pantyliner won't do!)You'll want to make sure that you insert the suppository high enough because this product is slippery, and it may want to pop back out (ha!)
